in Vietnam Successfully Passes Factory Acceptance
On August 7, 2026, Hangzhou Jianghe Hydroelectric Technology Co., Ltd. conducted the factory acceptance of the governor equipment for the Tra Khuc 2 Hydropower Plant in Vietnam at Wuhan Sichuang Automatic Control Technology Co., Ltd.
The Tra Khuc 2 Hydropower Plant project is located on the Tra Khuc River within the communes of Son Nam, Son Thanh, Son Giang, and Son Lam in Son Ha District, Quang Nam Province. The project area is about 40 km by road from Quang Nam Railway Station. The plant is equipped with 3 bulb tubular turbine-generator units, with an installed capacity of (2×12.7 + 4.6) MW, totaling 30 MW. The three sets of governor system equipment, oil pressure units, and auxiliary equipment were all designed and manufactured by Wuhan Sichuang Company.
The equipment accepted this time is the governor system. The attending personnel carefully reviewed the technical drawings and factory test inspection records, verified the hardware configuration of the equipment, and then conducted relevant tests on the turbine governor using a simulation tester, witnessing each test item on site in accordance with the acceptance test outline

Finally, the acceptance team confirmed that all test items and test results met the requirements of the acceptance outline, and that the submitted acceptance test outline satisfied the design documents and contract specification requirements, and agreed to the release of the equipment from the factory.
