To consolidate the operational foundation of the project equipment, enhance the owner's independent operation and maintenance capabilities, and ensure safe, stable, and efficient unit operation, we conducted this specialized technical exchange and remote technical guidance for the POSO1 project.

The exchange focused on core principles of the electromechanical control system of the governor, as well as common on-site fault diagnosis and troubleshooting methods, delivering systematic and professional technical training. Meanwhile, through remote online guidance, we assisted on-site staff in optimizing and adjusting equipment parameters, effectively improving the operational stability and reliability of the governor equipment.

This specialized training and technical service exchange comprehensively strengthened the professional technical foundation of the owner's O&M personnel and significantly raised the overall O&M level of the power station. On this basis, we also proposed targeted upgrade and optimization solutions for the governor equipment, taking into account the actual on-site operating conditions, to further improve control accuracy and continuously optimize the overall unit performance, thereby providing solid technical support for the long-term safe, stable, and high-quality operation of the POSO1 units.

The POSO1 project owner representatives who participated in the exchange stated that this technical exchange was of great significance and comprehensively enhanced their capability in governor equipment O&M. Both the Indonesian owner and the contract party expressed satisfaction with the exchange and extended their gratitude to our company.
