WCT series impulse microcomputer governor is a special governor developed by our company on the basis of rich experience in large and medium-sized governors and combined with the characteristics of impulse units. It is suitable for the regulation and control of impulse water turbine generator units.
Electrical control system:
◆ the microcomputer adopts imported PLC or PCC, and dual PLC or PCC can be selected
◆ direct digital control
◆ residual voltage frequency measurement and gear disk frequency measurement are used for frequency measurement, which are primary / standby to each other
◆ the spray needles can be selected and combined arbitrarily when starting up. When connected to the grid, the spray needles are automatically switched on and off according to the output of the unit, and the spray needles are automatically synchronized
◆ the needle and deflector adopt digital Association
◆ absolute encoder, linear displacement sensor, potentiometer, etc. can be selected for electrical feedback
◆ friendly man-machine interface
Mechanical hydraulic system:
◆ each needle / deflector adopts the corresponding standard hydraulic unit. Through the superposition of hydraulic units, the combined control of multiple needles and deflectors can be realized
◆ high speed on-off valve is used as electro-hydraulic conversion element, and servo proportional valve + digital valve can be selected as redundant electro-hydraulic conversion mechanism
◆ the integrated structure design is adopted, and the intermediate structures such as guide valve and main pressure distribution valve are cancelled, with few links, good quick action and high sensitivity
◆ strong oil stain resistance.
◆ no need for mechanical zero adjustment, convenient installation and commissioning and maintenance free.
◆ double oil filter is adopted, which can be easily disassembled, washed and replaced during operation.
