W (z) T series servo proportional valve microcomputer governor is a safe and reliable microcomputer governor composed of imported industrial controller PLC / PCC as the control core, servo proportional valve as the electro-hydraulic conversion link and mechanical hydraulic system as the actuator. It is suitable for the regulation and control of large and medium-sized water turbine generator sets.
Electrical control system:
◆ the microcomputer adopts imported PLC or PCC, and dual PLC or PCC can be selected
◆ the electro-hydraulic converter has redundant function and is stable and reliable
◆ residual voltage frequency measurement and gear disk frequency measurement are used for frequency measurement, which are primary / standby to each other
◆ absolute encoder, linear displacement sensor, potentiometer, etc. can be selected for electrical feedback
◆ friendly man-machine interface
Mechanical hydraulic system:
◆ the hydraulic system adopts integrated block design and direct connection structure, without exposed pipe and lever
◆ the valve body of the main pressure distribution valve adopts full forging structure, with small volume, high strength and large flow area
◆ it has a pure mechanical manual operation mechanism
◆ the electro-hydraulic converter adopts the redundant structure of servo proportional valve + digital valve, or the redundant structure of servo proportional valve + oil-free electric rotation, which can be switched without disturbance
