Domestic transformation of governor of unit 4 in Fujian Mianhuatan Hydropower Plant
The project of "localization transformation of governor of unit 4 of Mianhuatan Hydropower Plant", jointly undertaken by Fujian Mianhuatan Hydropower Development Co., Ltd., Wuhan University and Wuhan Sichuang company, was completed and put into operation by Fujian intermediate test Institute on December 13, 2012.
The project takes the nonlinear modeling and real-time simulation of the unit as the main research method. Based on the in-depth analysis of the control law and control strategy of the original imported governor, the advantages of the original governor are absorbed, and the system structure, regulation mode and control law of the domestic governor are determined. The facts show that the refined modeling and real-time simulation of the unit provide a good platform for the R & D and optimization of domestic governors. The real-time simulation model is in good agreement with the characteristics of the real turbine, and the governor parameters selected through the real-time simulation are basically consistent with the operating parameters of the real turbine.
